Don't Stop Believin'

I’m at a karaoke bar, and my friend says to me, “You should sing Kiss by Prince.”  I say, “WHAT? Kiss my grits??”  This is followed by laughter.  A lot of laughter.  Laughter so hard your stomach hurts.  The kind of laughter you haven’t experienced in way too long.  Laughing so hard you start to cry.  And this actually isn’t a dream.  This is a true story.  Maybe my finding this so hilarious is a sign that my life is too dull.  But hey, sometimes you just have to laugh.
